Julian Andrew, who founded Talentiish in 2022, represents creators and celebrities in the digital and traditional entertainment spaces. Talentiish manages top Celebrity and Creator talent including Dexter Mayfield (Professional Dancer and Plus Size Model, Paramount+ #ComeDanceWithMe Judge), Jae Gurley (NYU Tisch Acting graduate and Celebrity TikToker) Anthony Bowens (Professional LGBTQ+ Wrestler on All Elite Wrestling), Lukas Battle (Comedian, Writer and creator of "Loud Budgeting"), to just name a few. In his role as talent manager, Andrew works with his clients on finding brand endorsements and partnerships with the likes of Netflix, Sephora, Coach, T-Mobile, as well as TikTok + Meta, and many more; planning live events and appearances; securing book, film, television and music projects; and creating consumer products. Andrew has worked in the talent management and digital content space for over 10 years. Prior to starting his own firm, he helped grow creators such as Chris Olsen and Ian Paget, frequently collaborates with Kevin Aviance (Recording Artist/DJ/Featured on Beyonce's 'Renaissance' Album), he launched the men's talent vertical at the talent firm Socialyte and was a digital content producer for fashion events w/ IMG + Mercedes Benz Fashion Week.
